Mr. Coen has over twenty years of tax experience in both government and private practice. This experience includes both reviewing and litigating cases as an IRS attorney as well as representing the United States in bankruptcy court as an appointed Special Assistant United States Attorney. Having worked on both sides of taxation and bankruptcy representation and litigation provides Coen Law Firm, P.C. with a unique and practical insight for its practice.

The Coen Law Firm’s practice focuses on a wide range of tax representation matters, including representation before the Examination, Appeals and Criminal Investigation Division of the IRS. Mr. Coen also represents clients in Tax, Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts.
