Bankruptcy -Stephen Coen represents clients in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings that are initiated by either the insolvent individual or business, or by creditors seeking to have the debtor's remaining assets distributed among the creditors and, thereby, discharging the debtor from further obligation or restructuring and reorganizing the insolvent's debt structure. Mr. Coen's bankruptcy practice is also an extension that may affect tax liability.

Real Estate -Stephen Coen represents clients in residential and commercial real property proceedings and transactions.
